1. עם מי אתה מתקשר

Ricibo ("השירות", "אנחנו") היא אפליקציה עצמאית לניהול קבלות. השימוש בה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה. אם אינך מסכים להם, אל תשתמש בשירות.

2. מה השירות עושה

Ricibo שומרת קבלות. אתה מצלם קבלה או מעלה קובץ, אנחנו קוראים ממנה נתונים בעזרת בינה מלאכותית, ואז אפשר לחפש בקבלות, לקבל תזכורת לפני שאחריות או חלון החזרה נגמרים, לעקוב אחרי מנויים חוזרים ולנתח הוצאות.

3. מה השירות לא עושה — חשוב לקרוא

• החילוץ האוטומטי אינו מדויק ב-100%. סכום, תאריך, תנאי אחריות או כל שדה אחר עלולים להיקרא שגוי. באחריותך לבדוק כל נתון לפני שאתה מסתמך עליו.
• התזכורות הן תזכורת בלבד. אנחנו מחשבים אותן מתוך מה שנקרא מהקבלה ומתוך ברירות מחדל. תאריך אמיתי של אחריות או של חלון החזרה נקבע על ידי העסק והדין, לא על ידינו. אי-קבלת תזכורת, או תזכורת שגויה, אינה עילה כלפינו.
• איננו ייעוץ מס, ייעוץ משפטי או הנהלת חשבונות. הנתונים והדוחות באפליקציה הם כלי עזר. אין להגיש אותם כמות שהם לרשויות ואין להסתמך עליהם במקום יועץ מקצועי.
• איננו תחליף לשמירת המסמך המקורי. אם קבלה חשובה לך לצורך משפטי או מיסויי, שמור גם את המקור.

4. כשירות

כדי להשתמש בשירות עליך להיות כשיר להתקשר בהסכם לפי הדין החל עליך. בהרשמה אתה מצהיר שאתה כזה ושהפרטים שמסרת נכונים.

5. חשבון

• אורח. אפשר להתחיל להשתמש בלי להירשם. חשבון אורח הוא זמני: המידע בו נמחק אוטומטית 24 שעות לאחר יצירתו. כדי לשמור את הקבלות שלך יש להירשם.
• חשבון רשום. נפתח באימייל וסיסמה, או דרך Google או Apple. אתה אחראי לשמור על פרטי הגישה שלך ועל כל פעולה שנעשית בחשבונך.
• הרשמה מתוך חשבון אורח שומרת על אותו חשבון ועל כל מה שכבר צילמת.

6. התוכן שלך

הקבלות, הקבצים, ההערות והרשימות שלך הם שלך. אנחנו לא רוכשים בהם בעלות.

כדי שנוכל להפעיל את השירות אתה נותן לנו רישיון מוגבל, לא בלעדי, שאינו ניתן להעברה, לאחסן את התוכן, להציג אותו לך, ליצור ממנו גיבויים, ולשלוח אותו לעיבוד אצל ספק הבינה המלאכותית שלנו — הכל אך ורק לצורך מתן השירות לך. הרישיון הזה מסתיים כשאתה מוחק את התוכן או סוגר את החשבון.

אתה מצהיר שיש לך זכות להעלות את מה שאתה מעלה, ושהוא אינו פוגע בזכויות של אחר.

7. שימושים אסורים

אין להשתמש בשירות כדי:

• להעלות תוכן שאינו שלך או שאינך רשאי להעלות, או תוכן בלתי חוקי;
• לנסות לקרוא, לשנות או למחוק נתונים של משתמש אחר;
• לעקוף מכסות, הגבלות קצב או מנגנוני חיוב, לרבות פתיחת חשבונות מרובים לשם כך;
• לנצל לרעה את תוכנית ההפניות, לרבות הפניה עצמית או הפניות פיקטיביות;
• להפעיל סריקה או גישה אוטומטית בהיקף שאינו שימוש אישי סביר;
• להנדס לאחור, לשבש או להעמיס על השירות.

8. תוכנית חינמית, מכסות ומודעות

התוכנית החינמית כוללת מספר מוגבל של סריקות בחודש, מכסת אחסון, ומודעות. הגבולות המדויקים מוצגים באפליקציה ועשויים להשתנות. הגעת למכסה — אפשר למחוק תוכן ישן, להמתין לחודש הבא או לשדרג.

9. מנויים ותשלומים

• מנויים נרכשים דרך App Store או Google Play. החנות היא הגובה, ואנחנו לא מקבלים ולא שומרים את פרטי האמצעי לתשלום.
• המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית בתום כל תקופה, אלא אם ביטלת לפחות 24 שעות לפני מועד החידוש.
• ביטול מתבצע בהגדרות החשבון בחנות, לא אצלנו. אנחנו לא יכולים לבטל מנוי בשמך.
• החזרים כפופים למדיניות של Apple או Google, לפי החנות שבה רכשת. אין באמור כדי לגרוע מזכויותיך לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981 ותקנותיו, לרבות זכות ביטול עסקה ברוכלות ובעסקת מכר מרחוק.
• ביטול מנוי מפסיק את החידוש; ההטבות נשמרות עד תום התקופה ששולמה, ואז החשבון חוזר לתוכנית החינמית. הקבלות שלך לא נמחקות — אבל אם אתה מעל מכסת האחסון של התוכנית החינמית, תתבקש לפנות מקום.
• מחירים עשויים להשתנות. שינוי מחיר למנוי קיים ייכנס לתוקף רק בתקופת החידוש שלאחר הודעה מראש.

10. שינויים בשירות

אנחנו מפתחים את השירות כל הזמן ורשאים להוסיף, לשנות או להפסיק תכונות. אם נפסיק תכונה מהותית שאתה משלם עבורה, נודיע מראש בתוך האפליקציה.

11. השעיה וסיום

• אתה יכול להפסיק בכל רגע: למחוק נתונים, למחוק חשבון, או פשוט להסיר את האפליקציה. מחיקת חשבון כוללת חלון חרטה של 10 ימים, ואחריו המחיקה סופית.
• אנחנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבון שמפר את סעיף 7, או שנדרש לכך לפי דין. במקרה כזה, אם לא מדובר בהפרה חמורה, נאפשר לך פרק זמן סביר לייצא את המידע שלך.

12. קניין רוחני

האפליקציה, הקוד, העיצוב, השם והלוגו הם שלנו. התנאים האלה אינם מעניקים לך זכות בהם מעבר לרישיון אישי, מוגבל ולא בלעדי להשתמש בשירות.

13. אחריות והגבלת אחריות

השירות ניתן כמות שהוא ("AS IS"). איננו מתחייבים שהוא יהיה זמין ברציפות, נקי משגיאות, או שהנתונים שחולצו יהיו מדויקים.

במידה המרבית המותרת בדין, אחריותנו הכוללת כלפיך בגין כל עילה שהיא לא תעלה על הסכום ששילמת לנו בפועל בשנים-עשר החודשים שקדמו לאירוע. איננו אחראים לנזק עקיף, תוצאתי או אובדן רווח.

אין באמור כדי לגרוע מאחריות שלא ניתן להגבילה לפי דין, לרבות בגין מעשה בזדון או רשלנות רבתי.

גיבוי. אנחנו שומרים את המידע שלך בקפידה, אבל אינך פטור מלשמור עותק משלך למסמכים שחשובים לך. מההגדרות אפשר לייצא את כל המידע בכל רגע.

14. שיפוי

אם תפר את התנאים האלה ובעקבות כך תוגש נגדנו דרישה או תביעה של צד שלישי, תשפה אותנו בגין הנזק וההוצאות הסבירות שנגרמו לנו, לרבות שכר טרחת עורך דין.

15. שינויים בתנאים

התנאים מנוהלים בגרסאות. נודיע על שינוי מהותי באפליקציה ונבקש את הסכמתך מחדש. המשך שימוש לאחר שאישרת מהווה הסכמה לנוסח החדש.

16. דין וסמכות שיפוט

על תנאים אלה חל הדין הישראלי בלבד. סמכות השיפוט הייחודית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל אביב-יפו.

17. שונות

אם סעיף כלשהו יימצא בלתי אכיף, יתר הסעיפים יעמדו בתוקפם. אי-אכיפה של זכות אינה ויתור עליה. אינך רשאי להמחות את זכויותיך לפי הסכם זה ללא הסכמתנו בכתב.

1. Who you are contracting with

Ricibo (the "service", "we", "us") is an independent receipt-keeping app. Using it means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

Ricibo keeps your receipts. You photograph a receipt or upload a file, we read the data out of it with AI, and from then on you can search your receipts, be reminded before a warranty or return window closes, track recurring subscriptions, and see where your money goes.

3. What the service does not do — please read

• Automatic extraction is not 100% accurate. A total, a date, a warranty term or any other field can be read incorrectly. Checking anything you rely on is your responsibility.
• Reminders are reminders. We calculate them from what was read off the receipt and from defaults. The real warranty or return deadline is set by the merchant and by law, not by us. A reminder that does not arrive, or arrives wrong, is not a claim against us.
• This is not tax, legal or accounting advice. The figures and reports in the app are a tool. Do not file them as they are, and do not use them in place of a professional.
• This is not a substitute for keeping the original. If a receipt matters to you legally or for tax, keep the original too.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract under the law that applies to you. By registering you confirm that you are, and that the details you gave are accurate.

5. Accounts

• Guest. You can start without registering. A guest account is temporary: its data is deleted automatically 24 hours after it is created. To keep your receipts, register.
• Registered account. Created with an email and password, or through Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens under your account.
• Registering from a guest session keeps the same account and everything you already captured.

6. Your content

Your receipts, files, notes and lists are yours. We acquire no ownership in them.

So that we can run the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to store your content, display it back to you, keep backups of it, and send it to our AI provider for processing — all solely to provide the service to you. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Prohibited uses

You must not use the service to:

• upload content that is not yours to upload, or that is unlawful;
• attempt to read, alter or delete another user's data;
• circumvent quotas, rate limits or billing, including by opening multiple accounts to do so;
• abuse the referral programme, including self-referrals and fabricated referrals;
• run automated access or scraping beyond reasonable personal use;
• reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload the service.

8. Free tier, quotas and ads

The free tier includes a limited number of scans per month, a storage quota, and ads. The exact limits are shown in the app and may change. If you hit a limit you can delete old content, wait for next month, or upgrade.

9. Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play. The store is the merchant of record, and we neither receive nor store your payment details.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation happens in your store account settings, not with us. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's policy, depending on where you bought. None of this limits your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, including the right to cancel a distance-selling transaction.
• Cancelling stops the renewal; your benefits continue until the end of the period you paid for, after which the account returns to the free tier. Your receipts are not deleted — but if you are over the free tier's storage quota you will be asked to free up space.
• Prices may change. A price change for an existing subscription takes effect only from the renewal period following notice.

10. Changes to the service

We develop the service continuously and may add, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a material feature you are paying for, we will give notice in the app beforehand.

11. Suspension and termination

• You can stop at any time: clear your data, delete your account, or simply remove the app. Account deletion has a 10-day grace window, after which it is final.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaches clause 7, or where the law requires it. Unless the breach is severe, we will give you a reasonable window to export your data first.

12. Intellectual property

The app, its code, design, name and logo are ours. These terms grant you no rights in them beyond a personal, limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service.

13. Warranties and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be continuously available, error-free, or that extracted data will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you on any cause of action will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Backups. We look after your data carefully, but that does not relieve you of keeping your own copy of documents that matter to you. Settings will export everything at any time.

14. Indemnity

If you breach these terms and a third party brings a claim against us as a result, you will indemnify us for the damage and reasonable costs we incur, including legal fees.

15. Changes to these terms

These terms are versioned. We will give notice of a material change in the app and ask you to accept it again. Continuing to use the service after accepting constitutes agreement to the new version.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law alone. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo district have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Miscellaneous

If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our written consent.
